Graphic design is about creating and adding to the visual history of our generation. When people look back on the advertising, logos, and websites from our time it is going to tell the story of who we were and what mattered to us. Does you logo speak to who you are? But graphic design isn't just for big corporations. Sometimes you just want invitations to look just so to express what your event is about. Other times you go into a store and are looking at shirts but you don't find something that expresses who you are. I know I find this a lot when I am shopping for clothes for my daughter. All the shirts focus on being pretty or nice. I want my daughter to know how powerful she is.. I want her to know that who she ISi not what she looks like is beautiful.
